I am Sunita Pandey, the Principal of Mindseed Preschool & Daycare in Panvel 2. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education and over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I joined Mindseed 5.5 years ago with a belief in the company’s vision: ‘Change the world by unlocking each person’s learning potential.’ I truly believe in transparency, and I have built strong bonds with both my parents and my team. At Mindseed, every child is considered unique, and we work at their pace. I am honored and privileged to be a part of this educational institute.

This is Really good pre-school for toddler's, good environment well maintained hygiene, teaching pattern, my son enjoys practical learning and sounds of alphabet.Just suggestion if strength of students is getting increased then it should not impact or hamper productivity and quality of teaching and focusing on individual.Thanks.

We as parents are proud that we choose the right school for our child.The play based learning approach is amazing. Children at such tender age are not at all forced to learn things because the school has to finish the syllabus but each and every child learns at their own pace.Recently held field day was actually one such thing Instead of making our children learn winning the school taught them the most important lesson that KEEP TRYING AND ONE DAY YOU WILL MAKE IT.They cheered for each little child that just wanted that extra push to finish the task. For all the encouragements,support,help,patience,kindness,motivation,understanding,advise and guidance a big thank you to the entire MINDSEED TEAM for always being there for my child.Being happy with a smile on her face is what I see every single day when my chile goes to or returns from school.Thank YOU Thank YOU Thank YOU so much.Special thanks to her Teacher Rohini Mam and Tai for always taking care of my child(whether it's cheering her up or feeding the tiffin,cleaning her nose to teaching her talk and dance to taking care when she travels in the van).Principle Sunita Mam you are awesome to have such a great team and kudos to your management skills.I am relieved that my child is learning things which will actually shape not only her career but personality as well. My child has been a part of the Mindseed preschool for the past 2 years (new panvel sector 2). I have seen immense positive change in her growth, learning, communication and values.Mindseed’s annual field day made meUnderstand that the values come from the vision that that the school carries. They believe that every Child is unique and do not encourage comparing children as everyone performs to the best of their capabilities and the skills they are good at. The annual field day was more of an encouragement to each and every child who could participate in the activities they are good at and have fun and enjoy the field day! The kids were so happy to perform races, activities, yoga and March past along with reciting the pledge with extreme enthusiasm and togetherness. It was beautifully organised by the Mindseed team and special thanks to the new panvel team: principal Sunita Ma’am, teachers: jasmine Ma’am, Supriya Ma’am, Rohini Ma’am, Harpreet Ma’am and all the didis and Maushees who had put their heart and soul in making this a success and an extremely well organised event. I would like to highlight the best aspects of how this was managed so well by the Mindseed new panvel team:1. Advance notification of the upcoming field day2. Advanced notification and reminders on what is required for the field day (attire, shoes etc.) giving enough time for parents to prepare for the same3. In person meeting with parents, a week before the event to in detail explain the flow of the field day, the timings, nameTagging, preparations and any queries that parents had. It was very kind or the principal Ma’am to even brief on what kids should eat and not prior to the event, so kids don’t face any issues4. Daily reminders, field day guidelines and updates through WhatsApp during the last week, so parents are again reminded to stay prepared and nothing is missed out5. Very well managed gather and dispersalInstructionsOverall, we as parents are convinced that this is one of the best pre schools and daycare in Navi Mumbai and we love the approach that Mindseed follows. Kudos to the Mindseed team!
